Cancellation Policy
The convenience of your appointment is very important to me and I understand that schedules can frequently change. That being said, it is required that you give at least 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, or if you do not show up to your appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the full service price will be invoiced to you.
Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified within 4 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a cancellation fee.
I understand that true, unavoidable emergencies may happen within 48 hours of your appointment time. If that is the case, a cancellation fee will still be charged to your card, but the partial or full amount may be deducted from your next appointment.
